Boats moored at "Foyle Marina Pontoon" the night before Foyle Regatta 2003
There is a page on the Derry City Council website giving information about charges for mooring at the Foyle Marina. I am not sure whether the rates are up to date - but the page also includes the Harbour Master's telephone number, e-mail address and VHF Channel. So if you want to moor at the pontoon - you should be able to get the latest news from him.
There is also a marina in Lough Swilly at Fahan.
